Additional information is requested from the applicant at this time. Please ask the applicant to respond to the following. 1. The site plan submitted as part of the permit application indicates parking for one additional vehicle adjacent to the existing driveway. At first glance it looks like this is an existing space, but widening of the driveway would be required to achieve this layout. Please clearly show and label on the plans the edge of the existing driveway as well as the square footage of the new driveway area to be added. 2. For info, a separate permit will be required to widen the existing driveway unless all work is performed on private property. Any retaining walls constructed/relocated shall be located on private property. It appears as though the existing retaining wall may be located within the City right-of-way or very close to the edge of the property line. Thank you. City of Edmonds
