The comments provided below are based upon review of the application and documents
submitted for the subject application. Additional information is requested from the applicant
at this time. Please ask the applicant to respond to the following.
In review of the subject lot line adjustment it was noted that the City has a public sewer main
that runs along or adjacent to the south property line of the subject properties. If the main is
located within the subject properties' boundary lines then it is requested that an easement be
provided at this time. Please confirm locaton of property lines in relation to City sewer main.
The following is provided from the City's GIS Utility Maps, which shows approximate
location of the main line. For additional assistance in locating the sewer main, please contact
the Citys Public Works Operations Department at 425-771-0235.
