During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please submit revised plans/documents including a written
response to each item below.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
GENERAL Comments 1 — 5 completed.
6. New comment: I missed this the first time around. The alley does not appear to be
paved. Driveway approaches generally cannot be gravel. The code states that Driveway
approaches shall be hard surfaced from the edge of the existing street a distance of 20 ft or
to the property line whichever is greater. Please show asphalt from where the alley meets 7th
Ave 20 ft or to the property line to comply with this requirement.
