During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications are needed. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning and Building, may result in
additional comments. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents with a
written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Permit
Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-12pm.

6/14/19 Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC) 20.21.030 E. Parking: One off-street
parking space in addition to the parking spaces normally required for the principal dwelling shall
be required to be provided for the accessory dwelling, but in no event less that three parking
spaces per lot. Only one parking space is shown fully on private property. Please revise plans to
show the three required parking spaces on private property. Please submit a site plan showing all
property lines, driveway and all structures, including sidewalks to scale. Show where the three
required parking spaces (8.5' x 16.5') will be located on the site.
