During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please submit revised plans/documents including a written
response to each item below.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.

STORM
1) 9/9/19 The sf under Lot coverage for the proposed new res/porch is listed at 2031. This amount
should be the structure only, no roofline. In green for the impervious surface, the new roof is
listed at 1158 sf. That does not make sense. The impervious surface should include the eves so
it will always be a larger number than the lot coverage. Please revise.
9/9/19 Why is the breezeway crossed off? The impervious surface should be added to the
proposed imp surface numbers unless that concrete already exists. If it does, please label as
existing.
Please provide the impervious surface calculations per example table below.
