During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please submit revised plans/documents with a written
response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City
website.

3. 9/19/18 It appears that on the site plans the existing parent lot impervious surface amount is
noted as larger than the proposed parent lot impervious surface amount. Please revise plans.
Please add the total impervious surface amount of each lot on the respective sfr plan set.
4. 9/19/18 Since you will have to revisit these plans I am going to add some housekeeping items to
be revised as well:
a. Please add the word "Shared" to the label of the utility easement.
b. Please revise "proposed utility line". Either to "proposed utility trench" or "gas, elec,
cable". There is not one utility line.
c. Add the property corner symbol to the property corners to clearly show the outline of the
lot.
