Please submit revised plans/documents including a written response to each item below. Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall. A rockery is shown along the access road. The City of Edmonds does not review or approve rockeries. Construction of rockeries is prohibited within the City of Edmonds under certain circumstances and in certain situations per Edmonds Community Development Code 18.40.020. Please review the code section to verify this rockery falls outside of the prohibitions. Top and toe elevations for the rockery are required at each end of the wall and at every two feet of change. 11) 3.25.19 Not Done. This requires a review, please submit as soon as possible. A Stormwater Covenant is required to be recorded against the property based on the proposed stormwater facilities for the project. Please complete the covenant, including notarization and any required exhibits and submit to the city. Ensure the stormwater covenant meets Snohomish County Record Drawing requirements. The document must be complete, but will not be recorded prior to permit issuance.
