Please submit revised plans/documents including a written response to each item below. Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon. City of Edmonds handouts, new updated standard details with new reference numbers, application and other forms, and development code may be referenced on the City website: www.edmondswa.gov under Services/Permits and Development. October 2, 2018 Comments November 1, 2018 Comments GENERAL 1) Ok 2) Ok 3) October 2, 2018 - Note materials for the proposed new driveway and show the connection within the City ROW to 106th Pl W. 11/1/ 2018 — Please note the edge of pavement near the proposed new driveway. Clearly note the portion of asphalt driveway extending from the edge of pavement to the new concrete driveway. 4) 11/1/2018 — Remove clouding on the plans. TESC 1) 11/1/2018 —Extend the filter fence parallel to 106th Pl W to the northern end of the proposed infiltration trench. Show this change on the plans. 2) 11/1/2018 — Please note on the plans that all disturbed soils shall be compost amended per BMP T5.13. Also note that soils in the vicinity of the existing driveway to be removed shall be compost amended and permanently stabilized. SEWER 1) Ok 2) 11/1/2018 — A side sewer cleanout will need to be installed at the property line at the 4" to 6" transition per Olympic View Water Sewer District standards. Please show the location of the cleanout on the plans. STORM 1) Ok 2) Ok 3) 11/l/2018 — Please show the location of any downspouts to be added to the addition, decks, and/or garage, if applicable. 4) 11/l/2018 — Please show tightline to the infiltration system. Also show any observation wells or cleanouts on the plans within the infiltration trench. 5) 11/l/2018 — Note the location of the catch basin on the plans and call out invert elevations. 6) 11/1/2018 — Please refer to Stormwater Engineer comments.
