During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please submit revised plans/documents including a written
response to each item below.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
City of Edmonds handouts, New updated standard details with new reference numbers, application
and other forms, and development code may be referenced on the City website:

New Comments: 1. The purveyor for sewer is listed as OVWSD on sheet Cl. 0-should be COE
2. The 4 "side sewer clean out at the house should be as close to a 2 ft distance to
the house as possible. While 2 ft may not be possible, please relocate the clean out
closer to the house avoiding structures and sidewalk.

Please complete the covenant, including notarization and any required exhibits and submit to
the city. Ensure the stormwater covenant meets Snohomish County Record Drawing
requirements. The document must be complete, but will not be recorded prior to permit
issuance. Prior to construction, final location of facilities are to be verified (by field
inspection and asbuilt) and then the covenant will be recorded.

paved prior to construction of the sfr, then note that it is paved which would negate the need
for a construction entrance.3.25.19 Construction entrance is to protect the right of way from
debris. It should be located at the entrance of the short plat on Lot 3.
8.20.19 Remove construction entrance from site, leave outline and note regarding heavy
equipment. The area where the construction entrance is shown now is proposed to
have pervious pavement. Outline the area and make note that heavy equipment
should avoid the area as much as feasible. Show construction entrance on the plans
and incorporate and reference New City standard detail.
