Please complete the covenant, including notarization and any required exhibits and submit to
the city. Ensure the stormwater covenant meets Snohomish County Record Drawing
requirements. The document must be complete, but will not be recorded prior to permit
issuance. Prior to construction, final location of facilities are to be verified (by field
inspection and asbuilt) and then the covenant will be recorded.

reviewing the geotech report, there are provisions for installing the construction entrance,
please show per report. "Also see comment for 725 Edmonds Way for further
clarification. 3.25.19 Construction entrance is to protect the right of way from debris. It
should be located at the entrance of the short plat on Lot 3. The area where the construction
entrance is shown now is proposed to have pervious pavement. Outline the area and make
note that heavy equipment should avoid the area as much as feasible. Show construction
