The covenant is to be notarized but not recorded. Please provide a complete covenant with the two required exhibits. Exhibit B, the site plan, shall be easily readable -no contours just show the proposed residence outline and the storm system and label it. 5.20.19 May response letter states a new site plan was submitted but there is none in the resubmittal. Also the covenant must be signed and notarized by the property owner. 3.14.19 The assessor will not accept the exhibit attached. It must be clean and clearly readable. Please remove all extraneous lines and information. The drawing shall only show property lines, an outline of the house and driveway, and the outline of the infiltration trenches. No contours or any other info is necessary. A Stormwater Covenant is required to be recorded against the property based on the proposed stormwater facilities for the project. Please complete the covenant, including notarization and any required exhibits and submit to the city. Ensure the stormwater covenant meets Snohomish County Record Drawing requirements. The document must be complete, but will not be recorded prior to permit issuance. Prior to construction, final location of facilities are to be verified (by field inspection and asbuilt) and then the covenant will be recorded. 2. 7112119 DONE. 5.20.19 New Comment: Please provide top and toe elevations for each end of the driveway walls and at every two feet of change. 3. 7112119 New Comment The "Cover and Site Plan " shows the driveway in a different location that the rest of the plan sheets.
