There are two items that are necessary to approve these plans. Please respond with all the
information necessary to satisfy the two items. Items number 3, and 4 can wait until the plans are
ready to issue.
1. We cannot accept a separate civil set for OVWSD that does not match the sheets of the main
set. A contractor will not be able to work from two separate civil sets. Also the sheets that
were supposed to be approved by OVWSD are not signed.
Please submit copies of Sheet C8, C9 and C10 from the main civil set signed by OVWSD.
The signatory block has been on each of those sheets from the beginning.
Do not resubmit M pages from the separate civil set that was created. We will not accept
them.
2. Please submit the King County Site Improvements Worksheet so the bond amount can be
determined. This needs to be completed by the engineer. The property owner will not be
able to note all the lengths of pipe, catch basins, etc. The worksheet is available on the King
County Website. Please add all sewer and water improvements too. Use the add -in area at
the bottom of page 9 if needed. This will be reviewed upon submittal. Please complete as
comprehensively as possible to avoid comments and another delay. Once this is submitted,
reviewed and approved, the bond amount can be provided to the property owner.
3. Please submit a side sewer application. An application is attached.
4. A right of way application signed by a licensed contractor signed is required to issue the
plans. This can wait until the plans are ready to pick up.
