1. Please revise civil sheets,C 1.2, and C5.1 with the new location of the proposed water main.
2. The Performance Bond amount is $592,656 based on the submitted Bond Quantity Worksheet
attached. Please find the city's bond template(s) attached.
3. Acknowledged: the stamped and signed copies of the water and sewer design are forthcoming.
4. The final signed and notarized stormwater easement agreement including construction asbuilt
will be required at construction final as discussed with Mr. Gursli.
