These comments reflect general engineering requirements for a project as described but are not reflective of a comprehensive review. Engineering Handouts and Standard Details can be found on the City website at www.edmondswa.gov 1. A traffic impact fee will be assessed at the time of permit issuance. See the recently updated Traffic Impact handout to determine the specific cost. Use the 2004 matrix for determining the credit for the residential use and use the 2019 matrix for determining the new impact fee. If parking stalls are required, the following information applies to the size and location of the stalls: 2. Any parking stalls required shall be accessed from the alley (ECDC 18.80.060 B.5). 3. Parking stalls shall be provided at standard size 8.5 x 16.5. If all parking stalls can be shown to fit on the property, then 50% of the required parking stalls may be reduced to a compact size of 8 x 16.5 (ECDC 18.95 A.1.b). Parking stalls shall be paved.
