During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications are needed. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning and Building, may result in
additional comments. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents with a
written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Permit
Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-12pm.
City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City website.
1. The existing driveway approach is not ada compliant. Please review City of Edmonds standard detail
TR-541 Driveway Approach Type 1. Revise plans.
2. A Right of Way permit will be required to work in the right of way on the driveway approach. The
contractor will need to complete a Right of Way permit application and return to the City prior to
issuance of the building permit. A link to the application has been provided and can also be found on
the City website.
