During review of the above noted applications, it was found that the transportation impact fee was
collected in error. The rate collected was for 2017 but should have been the 2018 rate as it is charged at
the issuance of the permit. The rate for 2018 was $4561.37 per single family home. The 2017 rate that
we collected was $$2873.60. The difference between the two rates is $1687.77.
1. Please submit payment of $1687.77 for each of the 11 single family residence permits
B1d20171331 through bld20171344. The total due is $18,565.47.
