Prior to receiving final construction approval from the Engineering Division, the parking lot revision currently under review shall be approved and issued to the applicant. 2. Permanently stabilize exposed soils. It appears that most of the landscaping is complete, however, there will still some exposed soils on the west side of the lower driveway approach. 3. Remove filter socks from all catch basins and clean storm structures as needed. 4. Complete parking lot striping consistent with approved plans, whether that's the original plan or an approved revision. 5. An asbuilt was emailed on 11/18/2019. Please address the following: a. Revise to accurately reflect the frontage improvements. b. Revise the pervious and impervious surface areas as shown on the original approved plans by adding a strikethrough line and updating the square footage as appropriate. c. The new pervious and impervious surface areas shall clearly be shown on the plans. d. The asbuilt provides updated parking stall numbers. Please confirm that the number of proposed stalls matches that required in the approved plans or approved revision.
