A final inspection was performed at the subject site as release of the subdivision related
performance bonds was requested by the owner/developer. Prior to release of the bond, the
following corrections are to be made:
1. Exposed soils within the right-of-way and in between the driveways for 510 and 514 8th Ave N
shall be permanently stabilized.
2. 5/8" minus shall be placed against the newly placed asphalt to provide structural
support/backing for the new pavement.
3. The rock construction access for 514 8th Ave S needs to be pulled away from the retaining wall
along the south side of the garage for 510 81h Ave S to 1) ensure the construction access is
entirely on the private property of 514 8th Ave S and 2) to eliminate any surcharge potential on
the retaining wall for 510 8th Ave S.
4. Remove debris within access drive to 514 8th Ave S.
5. 2x4 utility stub stakes shall be in place for utilities servicing 514 81h Ave N.
6. Please confirm the mailbox location for both homes.
7. In looking through our records I could not find a copy of the compaction test report for the dry
utility crossing in 8th Ave. Please provide a copy.
8. Provide asbuilt for short plat.
