Spoke with contractor and told him we need the following.
COMMENT:
1) Asbuilt - the front patio is larger than what is shown on the plans. The walkway and landing area in the back looks new not existing. It appears that they will
still be under 2000sqft, but we need a plan that shows what is actually on site.
2) Downspouts - All the downspouts are connected; however, the two downspouts on the north side of the home need to have a splash block, or rock to prevent
erosion.
3)Landscaping - All the landscaping needs to be completed (or the soils need to be permanently stablilized) prior to final approval.
4)Need receipt of compost amended soils.
