Hi Jared,
I met with the City Engineer and Transportation Engineer regarding the subject potential short plat
and access requirements. Prior to making a determination on allowable access easement and
pavement width requirements I have been asked to inquire on calculations for net lot square
footage for the following scenarios:
1) Net lot square footage of 1136 Vista PI based on existing easement conditions.
2) Net lot square footage of 1136 Vista PI based on a 15-foot easement from Vista PI to the
property line of the 1142 Vista PI.
3) Net lot square footage of 1136 Vista PI based on a 15-foot easement from Vista PI to a
distance at least 20-feet beyond the driveway to the first lot, with a reduction in easement
width to 12-feet from that point to 1142 Vista PI.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Also for info, I will be out of the office beginning
tomorrow afternoon and will return on Wednesday, May 2nd
