Engineering has reviewed the subject application and found the information provided is consistent with Title 18 Edmonds Community Development Code & Engineering standards.It is requested
that the following be included as a condition of project approval.
The applicant has demonstrated that the three required parking stalls can be provided on site.
The subject property contains a public sanitary sewer main. Care shall be taken during removal of the trees so as not to damage the main line. Please adhere to the following:
Trees shall not fall within the public sanitary sewer easement and/or on the sanitary sewer main.
Contractor/owner is responsible for locating all on-site utilities.
Tree stumps shall be left in place.
Replacement trees shall not be located within the sanitary sewer easement or on top of the sanitary sewer main.
Any disturbed soils shall be restored and permanently stabilized.
