Engineering has reviewed the subject application and found the information provided is
consistent with Title 18 Edmonds Community Development Code & Engineering standards.
It is requested that the following be included as a condition of project approval.
The applicant has demonstrated that the three required parking stalls can be provided on site.
Fixture count and water meter size will be determined during the building permit review. If
the fixture number exceeds the maximum for a 3/4" meter and connection, a 1" meter and
connection will be required.
