Engineering has reviewed the subject application and found the information provided is
consistent with Title 18 Edmonds Community Development Code & Engineering standards.
It is requested that the following be included as a condition of project approval.
A mimimum of 3 parking spaces shall be provided to serve an ADU and single-family
residence. The applicant has demonstrated that there is sufficient space to accommodate the
three required parking stalls on site. The dimensions and configuration of the parking stalls to
serve the ADU and single-family residence shall be addressed with the permit BLD20181288.
