Engineering has reviewed the subject application for the Lot Line Adjustment for the Ikegami
Properties located at 22130 Highway 99. The information provided is consistent with Title 18
Edmonds Community Development Code & Engineering standards. It is requested that the
following be included as a condition of project approval.
As shown on the survey prepared by Group Four Inc and dated June 11, 2018, with the lot
line adjustment several shared easements have been created.
