Engineering has reviewed the subject application and found the information provided is
consistent with Title 18 Edmonds Community Development Code & Engineering standards.
Sound Transit desires to lease from Edmonds United Methodist, a total of 25 parking stalls.
Sound Transit currently leases 9 stalls and would like to lease an additional 14 stalls. The
parking stalls to be utilized are existing and no parking lot striping modifications are
proposed. Should parking lot revisions be required, the property owner would need to obtain
a separate building permit to perform this work.
