The applicant is seeking a "lot of record" status for the subject property. As the property was not created through the City's subdivision process, engineering requirements were not established as a condition of subdivision. In review of the subject property and surrounding lots, it was determined that the private access road will need to be widened to meet engineering standards for access to 3 lots. No improvements are required by the Engineering Division at this time for a "lot of record" status to be issued.
