Engineering has reviewed the subject application and found the information provided is
consistent with Title 18 Edmonds Community Development Code & Engineering standards.
The applicant has demonstrated that the three required parking stalls can be provided on site
without modification to the site.
Should improvements to the property require a building permit, compliance with Engineering
codes and construction standards will be reviewed at that time. Approval of the conditional
use permit does not constitute approval of the improvements as shown on the submitted plans.
