Engineering has reviewed the subject application and found the information provided is
consistent with Title 18 Edmonds Community Development Code & Engineering standards.
The existing deck extends beyond the west proprety line, over an existing public sanitary
sewer main, and will need to be relocated onto private property with any future building
permit for the deck. Compliance with Engineering codes and construction standards will be
reviewed with the building permit application for the deck.
