During review of the final short plat documents it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please ask the applicant to revise and resubmit plans
addressing each of the comments below.

1.Sheet 2 of 2 is labeled as Sheet 1 of 2. Please revise accordingly.
2.Construction abuilt drawings inidicate an ingress, egress width of 22. The recording docs
indicate an ingress, egress width of 25. Please revise the recording docs as required to be
consistent with the asbuilt drawings for the project.
