The comments provided below are based upon review of the application and documents
submitted for the subject application. Additional information is requested from the applicant
at this time. Please ask the applicant to respond to the following.
The following comments are based on the large format P 1 - Plot, Utility, & Grading Plan,
which does not appear to be consistent with the reduced plan set nor the landscape plan.
1. Revise P1 to provide labeling of proposed access road width throughout.
2. Revise P1 to indicate where driveway centerline slope cross sections are located in plan
view.
3. Provide a copy of the Edmonds Utilties Consortium form confirming contact has been
made with the various utility providers regarding the proposed development.
