The comments provided below are based upon review of the application and documents
submitted for the subject application. Additional information is requested from the applicant at
this time. Please ask the applicant to respond to the following.
10/7/19 Thank you for providing the easement. It appears that this easement was created
to account for the sewer drain fields that were originally designed for the parcel B single
family home. The properties are both connected to the public sewer system now. Since
this is such a large easement, putting restrictions on a significant amount of property, it is
suggested that the existing easement be replaced with a new easement that describes
today's conditions. Attached are the sewer asbuilts for both of the properties. The new
easement with maintenance and repair conditions can be added to these documents and
do not need to be recorded separately. The survey prepared by Western Engineers &
Surveyors and dated August of 2019 Sheet 4 shows a note #5 (defined on Sheet 3) Sewer
Easement (AF2141068) as encompassing the majority of existing parcel C. Please
provide a copy of the original easement document.
