CONDITIONS
1. All Engineering Division conditions listed on Exhibit 2 shall be complied with.
2. Setbacks must be added to the plat map for the final recording papers.
3. A tree clearing plan shall be submitted for City of Edmonds Planning Department approval prior to removal
of any trees on lots 1 and 2. Tree removal shall be limited to building pads and driveways only.
4. Temporary erosion control devices shall be installed prior to any tree removal on the subject property. The
Edmonds Engineering Division shall be contacted for an inspection of these devices.
5. Fill permits shall be obtained from the Edmonds Building Division prior to any filling on the property.
Grading permits shall be obtained from the Building and Planning Divisions prior to any grading.
6. Driveway slopes shall not exceed 14 percent on the lots.
