Project Description and Questions
Project Description: We intend to convert the existing storage barn building to a code compliant shell
to house a restaurant tenant. We will be providing a complete structural upgrade and envelop
upgrade to current code. A second exit will be added towards the back of the building. The lower
floor will remain storage.
1. Confirm permitting process for the project.
2. Are civil plans needed for new side sewer connection and domestic service or can those be
done with over the counter permits
3. Can we get a second water service with the current property line set up? �-
4. Can the existing fire riser room remain without exterior access?
