Jackie,
I have received the following pictures of sediment leaving your site and depositing down the slope to the BNSF
tracks. This is a fineable illicit discharge. Please provide a cleanup plan and restore all erosion control measures to
nd
prevent this happening in the future. Your site will be inspected Monday, December 2 for reinstallation of erosion
control measures and for cleanup of the site. Failure to meet this deadline may result in fines of up to $100 a day.
Please contact Chris Rivera, chris.rivera@edmondswa.gov with any questions you may have regarding this notice.
Thank you.

Subject: Chang residence
There has been a complaint regarding erosion control measures on the Chang lot at 17134 Talbot Rd. On inspection it
was noted that there was dirt pushed up along the north property line that could potentially run on to the neighboring
property during a rain event. Also wire fence is pushed over toward the property. Please clean up the area to prevent
any erosion control issues or any chance of construction materials going into the neighboring property.
Thank you for your immediate response to this issue.
