The comments provided below are based upon review of the application and documents
submitted for the subject application. Additional information is requested from the applicant
at this time. Please ask the applicant to respond to the following.
A mimimum 3 parking spaces shall be provided to serve the proposed psychotherapy practice
and single-family residential use. A site plan was provided that shows 3 parking stalls,
although the spaces as shown do not allow for individual access to and from the site. An
email provided to the City Planner indicates parking is also provided in the garage. Please
revise the site plan to clearly show where the 3 parking spaces will be provided on the site.
a) If parking stalls are provided within a garage, please indicate as such on the site
plan.
b) If parking is provided outside the garage, please show minimum parking stall
dimensions of 8 'h ft x 16 'h ft can be met with access to and from the site.
c) Only two parking spaces can be tandem.
