Required as a Required as a Requirement Condition of Condition of Already Building Permit SubdivisionSatisfied Right-of Way Dedication for Public Streets: 1. a) N/A 2.Public Street Improvements & Access (Asphalt, curb, gutter and sidewalks): a) Curb and gutter shall be removed and replaced along property frontage as X required to comply with City requirements. b) Sidewalk to be removed and replaced along property frontage on Caspers X St and 9th Ave N as required to comply with City requirements and ADA standards. i) Construct five-foot wide concrete sidewalk to City standards along property frontage - Caspers & 9th Ave N. Rockeries/stairs shall be removed to comply with City sidewalk c) standards and ECDC 18.40.020 (rockeries/stairs shall not be located within the City right-of-way). Existing driveway cuts on 9th Ave N to be removed and replaced with d) X standard sidewalk, curb and gutter per City standards.
