Project: New seating plan for Epulo Bistro
Project Address: 526 Main Street
During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can
be found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator (these changes
can be red-lined by you at the counter on the existing plans on file with your permit or new plans
must be submitted).
1.Label the new seating plan to distinguish between booth seats and moveable chairs, including in
the bar (show each individual seat).
2.Will the bar area at the east side of the seating area still be used as a bar? If not, label the use
and show fixtures/seats, etc. as to how it will be used.
3.Dimension the length of each booth seat so occupant load for fixed seating can be calculated.
4.Label the use of space at the southwest corner of the seating plan (with dimension 149). If this
is another large table for dining, show the seats just like those at the front of the dining room.
