In response to the additional comments received after the hearing, I submit the following:
Of the nine trees on our South property line, we proposed to remove three. We are willing to forgo removing
those three trees at time of plat construction, and defer tree removal in that area until we have a specific house
plan designed for the lot. The construction fencing while shown on Mr. Oneal's side of the fence will be located
entirely on our side of the fence and that detail will be updated when we submit for construction plan approval.
We have no intention of removing the existing fence located between our property and Mr. ONeal. This 1'-2' is
inconsequential to us. I will reach out to Mr. ONeal on this matter.
Regarding the special work hours Mr. ONeal requested, while we understand construction can be disruptive,
special rights should not be granted to any one particular neighbor while the city has determined standards for
the entire town.
Thank you for your consideration.
