Thanks for the clarification. Since we are increasing the scope of work for this permit we'll need an extension in order to
complete the revisions. Can the expiration be amended to May 11? Or is there a limit to the time that can be added to
a permit?

Phil,
Here are the corrections/comments for the remodel. You would address the retaining wall and neighboring stairway
with this resubmittal. This is considered a remodel, not a TI, as it is residential. An electrical permit would need to be
obtained through L&I. We will need 2 copied of all plans and reports.
