This Memo is intended to give guidance and continued discussion to Fedje Properties LLC Edmonds
Homes. These comments are after the preconference meeting of 02/21/2019. It was discussed and
agreed at this meeting that the three homes that are to be built will have a 13D Fire Sprinkler system
installed in each home. With the addition of this safety factor, the following concessions have been
agreed to:

1. No additional Fire Hydrant will be necessary
2. Drive will have a 20 foot easement with 16 feet of imperviable driving surface or suitable
surface that will support the 75,000 pound fire apparatus. This drive will have signs on one
side stating "NO PARKING FIRE LANE" red on a white background every 25 feet.

3. The hammer head turn around on plans is accepted in its current size and configuration.

4. The driveway grade will not exceed 14%. 1 will require a gradual change between elevations
