A representative number of probe tests were taken throughout the referenced vicinity; based on penetration of 2" to 3" with sustainable resistance to advance into surface it is our recommendation that the top T' to 2" of soil be removed before placement of concrete to reach competent soils that can support 1,500 psf. Conforms Note from office: After discussion with Corry Morris with Morris Original, LLC and Chris Smith with Otto Rosenau; After removal of the top 1" — 2" of soft soils, in our opinion, the underlining material was capable of supporting 2,000 psf.
