The purpose of this letter is to the inspector's comments regarding the 2x sill plate at the
Den/Br 4.
Item (1). I performed a visual inspection of the sill plate at the above address. There was
a 2x sill plate at that location.
Tight fit 2x blocking between the studs and nail to the sill plate with 2-10d at each end.
Check nail spacing for SW-7.
