The below listed items will need to be resolved prior to final sign -off of the single family homes.
7534 243rd
1. Per the plans there should be a catch basin within the driveway connected to the detention
system.
2. Remove sock from yard drain at the back of the house, yard drain should be clean of debris.
3. Observation well needs to be capped.
4. Need to provide an as -built showing all sewer, water and stormwater utilities. Providing invert
elevations, depths, pipe sizes, material and triangulated dimensions (if not to scale).
7536 243rd
5. Yard drain for the dry well will need to be cleaned of debris.
6. Observation well needs to be capped.
7. The sanitary can will need to be removed from the sidewalk right of way.
8. Need to provide an as -built showing all sewer, water and stormwater utilities. Providing invert
elevations, depths, pipe sizes, material and triangulated dimensions (if not to scale).
