A Notice of Correction dated June 1, 2012 was sent to you concerning a sewage nuisance at the
property owned by you located at 424 3`d Avenue S, Edmonds, Washington.
On September 3, 2013, an illegal discharge of sewage was brought to Snohomish Health District (SHD)
attention by the City of Edmonds of property managed/owned by you located at the above address.
Again, an existing nuisance was found consisting of a chronic discharge of sewage from a lift station that
serves the apartment complex. Indeed, SHD records reveal an initial complaint regarding sewage
discharge in November 2003.
This condition is in violation of the Rules and Regulations of the State Board of Health, Snohomish
Health District Sanitary Code, Chapter 8.1 (WAC 246-272A-0280), Repair of Failures, and Chapter 2,
General Sanitation.
You are hereby notified to correct this nuisance within 30 days from the date of this Notice by:
1. Satisfactorily resolving the sewage lift station pump malfunction; or
2. Abandoning the property.
Please contact the City of Edmonds at 425-771-0220 for additional information.
It is your obligation to notify this office by phone at 425.339.5250, or by mail of your intentions and
schedule for correcting this public health nuisance.
Failure to comply will be interpreted as your intent to disregard this matter and will likely result in the
initiation of legal action
