Subject: Project BLD20180149 - Project Address: 23202 76th Ave W, Edmonds
As requested, I approved your proposal to substitute 4'x6' concrete slabs with 2" slots between them
for the specified pervious concrete for this project. The slabs are similar to those installed at projects
in Seattle. I have visited your Seattle projects at 10010 and 10012 Densmore Ave N, Seattle. These
houses were completed in 2016. 1 did a bucket test there with 2-5 gallon buckets and they performed
adequately.
A bucket test on the completed installation at the above address in Edmonds, also using 2-5 gallon
buckets, showed the water infiltrated very rapidly as should be expected.
Based on this test, and the specified design, I believe this installation meets the requirement to
infiltrate this drive runoff.
