This remediation project, as of our final site review on Thursday September 9, 2019 was completed on September 19, 2019 with the final placement of grass seed on the newly placed soil area. ARC observations were guided by the conditions outlined in our drawings and recommendations and followed the City of Edmonds, Special Inspection and Testing Agreement we executed on June 28, 2018. The work was tracked by the Geotechnical Engineer of Record (ARC). The responsibilities were assigned according to authorship of those parts of the project where ARC was responsible for the retaining wall remediation and the drainage system. ARC provided all of the daily field reports for the project to the City and Mr. Miniaylo with a final site meeting indicating substantial completion. Based on the observations of ARC professional engineers and geologists this project has been completed in substantial compliance with the plans and specifications approved and permitted by the City. LIMITATIONS Work for this project was performed, and this letter prepared, in accordance with our Change Order # CO-F under our original contract dated April 13, 2016 . ARC has completed this work in accordance with generally accepted professional practices for the Slavik Walls September 21, 2019 J-111-01--16 nature and conditions of the work done in the same, or in similar localities, at the time the work was performed. This report is intended for the exclusive use of you and your contractors and/or consultants for specific application to the referenced property. We make no other warranty, express or implied. Subsurface conditions interpreted from exposed soil materials and seepage conditions encountered formed the basis for developing our work products. The nature and extent of conditions may change over time and may not become immediately evident. If significant variations appear evident at a later date, ARC should be consulted to re-evaluate the project site. It should be noted that groundwater seepage and any fluctuations in the level of the groundwater are dependent on seasonal variations in precipitation events, temperature, and other climatic factors. These factors may impact the performance of the project over time and the owners should continue to monitor the remediated area.
