You submitted “Final” map documents for my review on Friday 02/06/09, and I have determined that they have been satisfactorily revised. Please complete the following steps at your earliest convenience: 1. Please print out one (1) copy of the final documents and make sure that the applicable property owners sign the Declaration of Ownership before a Notary Public. Please make sure that the documents meet the Snohomish County Auditor’s requirements for recording, including appropriate margins and all signatures in black ink (if you have any questions, the Snohomish County Recording Manager can be reached at 425.388.3713). 2. Next, please bring these signed documents to City Hall for my signature. Feel free to contact me ahead of time for an appointment – I’d be happy to sign them at the counter to expedite the process. 3. Please then take the documents up to the Snohomish County Auditor’s Office for recording. 4. Once recorded, please contact me with the recording number and I will update the file. 5. Lastly, please return the required three (3) large copies of the recorded documents for our records. At that time I will close out your file and consider the application finalized.
