After review of the preliminary plans for the above project, it was found that the following will be required:
If driveway is shared by all three needs to be 20 wide to the first residence, marked with signs “NO PARKING FIRELANE” See attached Fire Access Standards
One or more of the SFD may need 13D fire sprinkler system
Emergency access gate switch/sensor is required if an automatic gate crosses a private fire access road – IFC 506 and COE/FD1 Emergency Access Standard.
