During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1)Show the impervious surface calculations such that:
a.All impervious surface constructed before 1977 are grouped together.
b.All impervious surface constructed after 1977 are grouped together.
c.All proposed impervious surface are grouped together.
2)Please clearly show and label the existing and proposed roof outlines. This will allow us to
accurately calculate the new impervious surfaces.
3)There appears to be a sewer easement along the West property line. Please show the existing
easement on the site plans.
4)Please show silt fence along west portion of addition to be installed per Edmonds Standard Detail
E1.1 as required.
5)Please remove the hatching from the existing portions of the house that will not be changed during
the addition. This will clearly show which areas are proposed and which are existing.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised site drawings and associated documents with a written response to
