Kristin, I have spoken with Mike Nelson of the school district and have agreed to extend the TCO for 90
days at which time they expect to have all issues resolved. Will you please print out a TCO with that new
date? And please attach this email to the file. Thank you.

Thank you Leif,
Yes we are aware of the expiration date. Could the one in place be extended to July 30th? We
met with Forma yesterday, and they laid out a plan to complete all work by end of the month of
July. Some of the work is weather dependent, and was not able to be completed over Spring
Break due to the amount of rain we had that week. Is the 60 day TCO a City standard? it takes
time out of all of our days to keep renewing it. If you require the payment perhaps we pay
through the end of July?
Over the break they finished the planting throughout the site, including the wetland
enhancement, with the exception of hydroseeding the lower ball field. The civil work is also
complete. We are still working with DOE on a number of the reports they require, at the moment
still in draft form.
We can bring payment to you on Monday either way. The verbiage on the TCO could also
remain the same.
kind regards, Taine

Taine,
By the way, I am sure you are aware that your TCO expires on Monday. What is your plan to obtain a
final C of O?

Thanks Leif,
Sorry your Monday will be as busy as it is. Site visits are always more fun. Yes, we could meet
with Milton to review the issues.
Milton do you have a preferred time on Monday? Michael and I are available all day.
Thanks, Taine

Taine,
Unfortunately, much of my day Monday will be occupied by hiring interviews and I will not be able to
meet on site. I can schedule our building inspector Milton to meet with you if you like. He is aware of
the revised pathway design and knows what issues there might be with any variations to what is on
the approved drawings.

Dear Leif,
Please let us know if there is a time on Monday 6th, that could work for you to tour Madrona
and review the ramp. We would like to discuss the "existing" as -built condition and the revised
permit drawings.
Thanks for your help,
Taine
